FIRE AND WATER

Interested in redesigning their modest property and introducing both fire and water elements, the homeowners wanted to create a peaceful getaway through a simple, yet elegant layout.

A pondless water feature was added to the design to minimize surrounding noise pollution, create a focal point, and attract birds.Creating a peaceful environment via the sounds of the running water, the pondless water feature along the fence is both visually and audibly beautiful. The underwater lights provide a special atmosphere after dark.

Our design created a welcoming environment for the homeowners to take in the outdoors, sit by the fire, or enjoy a meal while hearing the soothing sounds of the water feature.

Through designing and building multiple destination points around the property, our team executed this job to the clients’ delight. The backyard’s focal point is now the paver patio that features a custom stone seat wall, a unique gas fire feature, and ample amounts of room for additional furniture. The patio is the perfect destination for the homeowners to enjoy a meal outside or listen to some music by the fire.

A plethora of plantings surrounds the patio and backyard, creating the perfect destination for plant lovers who are surrounded by year-round interest and color.

In addition to having lots of planting beds, the homeowners still wanted as much usable lawn area as possible, striking a balance that allowed them to enjoy all the aspects of a fun backyard in a very contained area.
