This project in Livingston, NJ, inspired by the charm of the Hamptons, transformed the home’s outdoor spaces into a private, versatile oasis for family enjoyment and entertainment.
The property already featured a pool and tennis court, and our extensive renovations enhanced both functionality and aesthetics. Paver walkways connect key areas, ensuring a seamless flow to the patio, pergola, and pool.

This paver patio located along the back of the property, is surrounded by an open lawn and gardens creating a private sanctuary. The garden also attracts countless pollinators.
The pavilion, designed as the backyard’s centerpiece, includes a fireplace, dining area, grill, kegerator, refrigerators, and ample storage—ideal for hosting. Additionally, a new pool patio, pergola, and bar provide a dynamic space for relaxation and socializing. The result is a harmonious blend of privacy, functionality, and Hamptons-inspired style, perfect for family living and entertaining.
To complement the front of the home, we designed the garden beds with hydrangeas, boxwoods, and perennials to create the relaxed feeling of a Hamptons garden. This large property renovation project took a dedicated team of workers to achieve the owners’ dream of bringing a Hamptons feel to their home in Livingston, NJ.
Hydrangeas were planted throughout to evoke the lush landscape of Long Island. A new sitting area with vibrant plantings and a retaining wall offers a tranquil retreat by a fire pit.
