ANDOVER LANDSCAPE RENOVATION
Love won’t wait! A longtime client, Perona Farms in Andover, NJ, hired us in January 2025 to complete a major renovation of their wedding venue complex. At the same time, they brought in another builder with an even larger scope of work, and both teams were given a non-negotiable deadline: everything had to be finished by St. Patrick’s Day. When we told the client it was impossible in the middle of winter, he replied,
“Do you want to tell the bride her wedding venue won’t be ready?” That set the tone for the project.
For 40 out of 45 straight days, our crews worked tirelessly through freezing temperatures and snowstorms, maintaining the highest industry standards despite relentless weather challenges. We coordinated around numerous other contractors in the same spaces and adapted to an ever-evolving scope — including being asked to install a dramatic water feature with three large urns only 3 weeks prior to their Grand Opening.
At the project’s peak, up to 100 people from multiple companies were on site working long days. Our trusted growers and nurseries went above and beyond to supply the plant material we needed. Even when rootballs froze before they could be planted, plant loss was minimal thanks to our team’s care and expertise.

The end result is a stunning, fully transformed event venue that will host countless celebrations for many years. Yet beyond the beauty of the finished project, we are most proud of the determination, collaboration, and problem-solving that allowed us to overcome extraordinary challenges and deliver on an ambitious promise.
