New Jersey Landscape Design Project: Ambience in Allendale

AMBIENCE IN ALLENDALE

Our team had one goal throughout this project – bring more light to the property! To make each living space around the home more usable throughout the evening, we designed the outdoor living spaces to include multiple types of lighting fixtures. Lighting around the entire home provides multiple benefits to the homeowners including safety and usability by eliminating dark corners. Additionally, the curb appeal and property value of the home are increased by the inclusion of landscape lighting, elevating the overall appearance of the home.

By day or by evening ambiance, this water feature is a stunning addition to the pool area adding an illusion that the water feature is connected to the pool. Underwater lights help to appreciate the movement of water at night.

Using a combination of LED pathlights and uplights to complement the existing high voltage lights, we were able to tie together the pool and fire pit areas, as well as welcoming guests arriving from the front yard and guiding them to the different entertainment areas.

However, the greatest compliment the client gave us was how the lighting added so much ambiance to their home!

The home’s sophisticated architecture is complemented by a thoughtfully designed landscape, featuring curved walkways, manicured gardens, and strategically placed lighting that enhances the property’s elegance after sunset.
